Having experienced healing from multiple different modalities and needing to address many different systems in my own body - we'll build a personalized approach that addresses the whole picture using ancestral lifestyle principles, light therapy, and more based on your body's unique needs.

Hi! I'm Dani - Certified Primal Health Coach and Founder of The Savage Meep.

I help people with chronic illness find real answers through ancestral nutrition and primal health principles.


I know what it's like to search desperately for answers. I've personally navigated Hashimoto's thyroiditis, MCAS, HPA axis dysfunction, hormonal imbalances, and a long list of symptoms that doctors never had a fix for. After years of being told there was nothing wrong - and that diet had nothing to do with it - I took my health into my own hands and figured it out myself.  That experience is exactly why I became a health coach.


I believe deeply that the body has an incredible ability to heal itself - when it has what it needs. My job is to help you figure out what the missing pieces are.


Through evidence-based ancestral health principles, primal- based nutrition, the miracle of light therapy, and building healthy daily habits, I'll help you cut through the confusion, identify the root causes of your symptoms, and build a sustainable path toward the health you deserve.
